From July 16 to 18, 2009, the Regional Conference on Market Dynamics in the Sahel and West Africa was held at the Olympe Hôtel in Bamako, Mali, on the initiative of CILSS and under the aegis of the Malian government.
.It brought together some thirty participants representing agricultural research institutes from Benin, Burkina Faso, the Republic of Guinea, Mali, Niger and Senegal, as well as partners such as AFD Mali, Afrique Verte Mali, APCAM, Projet ATP, CNOP, FEWS NET, ORBV/AOC, PAM, PROMISAM, REFESA Mali, RESIMAO and CILSS experts.
