The work of the 12 th ECOWAP Projects and Programs Steering Committee (CoPIL) was launched this Tuesday, February 20, 2023 in Lomé. The opening ceremony was chaired by Mr. Dindiogue KONLANI, Director of Cabinet, representing the Minister of Agriculture, Livestock and Rural Development of the Togolese Republic.
